1. Charles G. Campbell has appealed from judgments convicting him of attempted burglary, possession of burglarous tools, criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, and misdemeanor bail jumping, all as a habitual offender. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court properly denied Campbells motion to suppress an out-of-court identification made by Simon Ornelas on April 19, 2002, shortly after the attempted burglary of Dinos Pizza, a restaurant in the city of Racine. Because we conclude that the out-of-court identification was properly admitted into evidence, we affirm the judgments of conviction.
