SPALDING, Justice. This is a petition for a writ of certiorari to review the action of the respondent board in suspending the petitioners certificate of registration to practice optometry because of an alleged violation of G.L.(Ter.Ed.) c. 112, § 73A, as inserted by St.1937, c. 287, § 1. The respondents without filing a return (see Jordan Marsh Co. v. Labor Relations Commission, 312 Mass. 597, 598, 45 N.E.2d 925) demurred to the petition on the sole ground that the petitioner had a complete and adequate remedy available to him under G.L.(Ter.Ed.) c. 112, § 64. From an order sustaining the demurrer the petitioner appealed.
